Learn more about our hotel policies before booking your stay with us at the heart of Erbil City. 

• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check in at the hotel. 
• Room Includes: Open Buffet Breakfast, Free Minibar, Complimentary Wi-Fi access, Complimentary Tea and Coffee Machine Facility in the room, Gym and Swimming Pool.
• Check-in / out policy: We respectfully remind you that our usual check-in time is 2:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and requests will be charged. 
• Children policy: Children from age 0 until 6 years stay free of charge, children from 6 years until 11 years are charged $15 per night, and children above 11 years are charged as adults.
• F&B Policy: Guests are allowed to bring food and beverages from outside the hotel.
• Visitors Policy: Visitors are allowed to visit for free for 1 hour, guests who wish to stay for more than an hour will be charged with a second-person charge which is $25. No marriage certificate is required when a couple book a room.
